Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please be assured that the museum is following guidelines issued by the Public Health Agency of Sweden and Region Västra Götaland for increased health and safety procedures.A review of our visitor guidelines and regulations below can help orient you before you arrive and ensure you get the most out of your visit.
What can you do as a visitor?
Stay home if you are sick
You are welcome to visit us if you are feeling healthy. If you are sick, we ask that you postpone your visit to the museum.
Keep safe distance
Please take care of yourself and others by keeping a safe distance from others during your visit.
Wash your hands often
Please wash or sanitise your hands regularly. Hand sanitiser is available at key points around the facilities.
Measures taken by the museum
Based on recommendations from the Public Health Agency we are limiting the number of people in our facilities to ensure there is room for you to safely enjoy your visit. We ask visitors to keep at least a 2 metre distance from others.
There are signs in the museum showing maximum number of visitors per area and markings reminding us to keep distance. Please follow the directions on site.
Additional cleaning measures
We have introduced additional cleaning measures to make sure the environment is clean during your visit. More exposed areas, like door handles, taps, soap dispensers and payment terminals are cleaned more frequently.
